Our home sites offer full hooks ups, more room, graded RV parking area, paved patio, some sites have an additional paved parking area. You will also be able to see some our "natural" visitors. Self contained units only.
Bringing your boat, kayak? One of several boat ramps in the area is right down the street.
Without a tow'd or want to economize and get exercise? A one block walk brings you to South Vero Mall with doctors, a supermarket, banks, fast food chains, restaurants and a public bus stop.
Want to explore further or be a tourist? Catch one of Indian River County's free buses to explore from the ocean and beach to the Indian River Mall.
Retired military? Patrick AFB, VA clinics and transportation are easily accessible.
Interested in a "home base"? We offer an inexpensive, "lock it and leave it" community with sites for new homes with an RV port or buy one of our resale homes that are suitable for the addition of an RV port.
